Eeek, you’re ENGAGED!
And, you’re getting married! That’s so bloody exciting! Weddings are my favourite type of events. You’re surrounded by all your family and friends, having the most gorgeous day and then you round it off with a smashing party. Really, what could be better than that? I’m all about capturing your day through candid moments. Because a wedding isn’t about placing people in a line and telling them to smile, it’s those smiles that come of an inside joke from a childhood friend, or the hug with your mother when you’ve just gotten ready. It’s all those moments that you didn’t plan, but that happen anyway. I will be there for however long you need me. Regardless if it’s a full day, ranging from early preparations to late night dancing, or just for the ceremony and portraits.

Ok, how does this work?
01. Let’s meet up!
I’m all about meeting my couples before we book. After all, the photographer (that’s me!) is the vendor that’s going to be closest to you on your wedding day, and you want to make sure that you like me.
We meet in person or via Skype – whatever works easiest for you!
02. Time to book
If all is well, it’s time to get things in order. To lock in a date I require a signed contract + a 30% retainer to lock in the date. We go through all of it in detail when we meet.
03. During the planning process
I’m an email away should you need any help during the planning process. I’ve helped couples figure out timelines, find makeup artists and DJs and venues and just generally cheer you on when you need it!
04. Pre-wedding meeting
We meet about 3-5 weeks before the wedding to talk through all the details so I am all prepped for the day. I’ll help with figuring out things like timeline, how to do family photos as well as talking through and understanding what’s important to you, so I can focus on that on the wedding day.
05. Location scouting
About a week before the wedding I’ll head out location scouting – finding heaps of rad spots for the portraits & family photos based on your likings + weather options. I’ll share my findings with you so I can understand even better what stuff you like.
06. Wedding day!
It’s about to go down! Most of the wedding day I stay in the background and capture things as they happen. I’m not here to stage anything. And for portraits I use direction, not posing. This means things to do or things to talk about. Unposed, unfussed, easy!
07. Sneak peeks the next day
You get the first few photos the very next day! Cause who can wait? I surely can’t!
08. All photos within 5 weeks
The rest of the photos take a little bit longer: you’ll have them all, print-ready + web-ready, within 5 weeks of the wedding.
“Stina is a rock star!”
We put our trust in her genius hands and she delivered in spades! We both hate having our photos taken and she made the process special to us and unique. Yay!

This is what you get
I’m a planner by heart. I have lists everywhere (just ask my husband..) and like to be as prepared as I can be. Because on the day I want to know that we’re picking the acest of locations and making the most out of the time we have for portraits so you can head back to your guests. That is what it’s about after all! All my wedding packages always include the following:
All you need to do is pick the number of hours you want!
“ARRGH!”
I had to stop watching at work or the tears were going to start!! Happy tears I promise. They are amazing! You are the greatest – a million thank yous! We love these.

Twelve
5,200
Twelve hours is when you’re having one big festivity. You might have two ceremonies (I’m looking at you door games + tea ceremonies!), heaps of formalities or just want to do a bunch of photos before the ceremony kicks off so you can join your guests for cocktail hour. Sometimes you just need a bit more time, that’s all.
Eight
4,200
Eight hours is by far the most common coverage I do. This time generally comfortably covers both of you getting ready, as well as the ceremony, family photos, portraits and 2-3 hours of the reception until the dancing kicks off!
Five
3,600
This is for a shorter or smaller celebration. It would for example cover the ceremony, family photos, portraits and the first couple of hours of the reception.
Please note that I only offer a limited number of these packages through- out the year, and that during peak days (Friday – Sundays) these shorter packages can only be booked a maximum of 4 months in advance.
Additional hours
300
You need a bit more than any of these packages? No worries, I got you. Just add as many extra hours as you need!
Travel
Engagement Session
600
Portrait sessions are the bomb. We spend about an hour hanging out and snapping away at a location that’s important to you or simply epic. It’s the perfect time for you to get some rad or fun photos to use in a guestbook or on your wedding site, or simply just an excuse to get killer photos.
Or use this session to grab your wedding photos after your wedding. Yep! I said after. You can schedule in your portrait session on another day, pick epic locations and not have to worry about waiting guests, because there aren’t any!
Fine art album
1,850
50 pages, extra spreads at $50 per spread
Lush, thick pages and flush mounted, which means that you’ll have a completely at surface on every single page of the album: allowing dramatic full spreads. It’s the pièce de résistance for wedding albums, and will get ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ from anyone who has a look at it.
Surprise Fine art album
1,400
50 pages
The exact same thing as above, but you don’t get any revisions – it’s a surprise! You pick your 10-15 most essential photos. I’ll do the rest and you’ll have your album in a jiffy!
Next step: just email me back and we’ll set up a meeting!
Go to your email. just do it. You know you want to. or just maybe go have a piece of chocolate and a glass of wine, you deserve that too!
