You two are so bloody CUTE!
Even though these days everyone has at least one mobile or camera handy at all times, we rarely end up with good pictures of us with our partners. I know, I’m guilty of this too. And even though I like a good selfie as much as the next person, there’s just some- thing special about having some pictures with your special some- one don’t have that crazy grainy look and that reflect not only your looks, but your personalities.
My couples sessions includes an hour, but additional time can be added to cover all the variety you choose. We’re at a location or locations that are important to you or just bloody epic. It could be the pretty park around the corner, or the place where you had your first date. Or maybe it’s just an epic back beach. Actually, if you’d just like me to come along on a date and capture it, I’d be up for that too!
Couples portraits is more about having fun, relaxing and getting a bunch of shots that really reflects you, than being formal and proper. Images that will make you laugh and images that will leave you with a smile lingering for long after.
Ok, how does this work?
01. Book it in!
If you read through all of this and go HECK YEAH, then it’s time to get things in order. To lock in a date I require a signed contract + a 50% retainer to lock in the date.
02. Figure out where to shoot
Once we’re all booked in our next step is to figure out the location. When you book you’ll get to fill in a few questions, and based on that we’ll start brainstorming until we figure it out together.
03. The shoot!
Then it’s the day of the shoot. I’ll be there to make you at ease. I don’t use any traditional posing, rather giving you things to do and things to talk about. This ensures there are no stiff faked smiles or forced kisses. You’ll get gorgeous, natural photos that feel like you.
04. Sneak peeks the next day
You get the first few photos the very next day! Cause who can wait? I surely can’t!
05. All photos within 2 weeks
The rest of the photos take a little bit longer: you’ll have them all, print-ready + web-ready, within 2 weeks of the wedding. You get them all via an online gallery.

This is what you get
- Preparations: I’ll help you figure out + find awesome locations
- Me as your photographer for the session (of course!)
- A handful of edited sneak peeks the very next day
- You get all the good photos from the shoot, which is minimum of 50 photos.
- They’re all edited: I’ll make sure the colours and feel are on point!
- You’ll get the full gallery in an online gallery, which includes both high resolution print-ready photos as well as web-sized ones ready for sharing online.

The Costs
The Basic

This is all you generally need, unless you want multiple locations or something VERY elaborate.
Additional hours
250 per hour
You want a bit more? No worries, I got you. Just add as many extra hours as you need!
Travel
- Anything within a 50km radius of Melbourne is included.
- Between 50km – 200km, there’s a 65c per km fee.
- Further than 200km from Melbourne has a $300 flat fee.
